7-Day Return Window
Industrial Supply Syndicate accepts returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact, and must not show signs of installation or wiring.
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Wrong product delivered (model mismatch from what was ordered)
- Product received in damaged or defective condition due to transit
- Manufacturing defect identified before installation
- Significant deviation from the product description on our website
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been installed, wired, or powered on
- Products with damaged, missing, or altered serial number labels
- Products ordered as per customer-confirmed specifications and found to be correctly supplied
- Custom or special-order items procured specifically for a customer's requirement
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details and reason for return.
- Share clear photographs/video of the product and packaging if the issue relates to damage or a defect.
- Our team will review your request and confirm return eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS) within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or transit damage).
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund — for example, a different model or rating — we are happy to arrange this once the returned item is received and verified, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your product arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery if possible, or note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery. Contact us immediately with photographs so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
