How we dispatch, ship, and deliver Delta VFDs across India.

Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal. Industrial Supply Syndicate stocks popular Delta VFD models for fast dispatch; higher-power or less common models may be sourced on a short lead time before dispatch.

Dispatch Timeline

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Sourced/special-order items: Dispatch timeline confirmed at the time of order, typically 5–10 business days depending on availability from our supply channel.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location:

  • Kolkata and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
  • West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam: 2–4 business days
  • Other major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore): 3–5 business days
  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes: additional time may apply; we will inform you in advance

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated at the time of order confirmation based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your shipment. For bulk orders, shipping is often included in the quoted price — please confirm with our team before placing your order.

Courier Partners

We ship via reputed courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details are shared with you once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All Delta VFDs are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging, with additional protective packaging for transit safety. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to us immediately — see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier tracking number and any applicable tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us directly for a status update at any time.
