Terms of Sale

1. General

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases and transactions made with Industrial Supply Syndicate ("we", "us", "our"), an independent reseller operating from Kolkata, West Bengal, India (GST: 19ACDPC1843J1ZR). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Description and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior intimation. Final pricing will be confirmed in our written quotation.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on this website are indicative and may vary. Final prices are confirmed at the time of quotation. GST at the applicable rate (generally 18% for VFDs and electrical drives) is applicable and will be shown separately on the tax invoice. We issue GST-compliant invoices for all sales.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in our quotation. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and other modes as mutually agreed. Full payment or advance payment as agreed must be received before dispatch unless credit terms have been separately arranged.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on stock availability. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Out-of-stock items are subject to lead time. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Physical damage, improper installation, or operation outside rated parameters void the warranty.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations before dispatch may be accepted subject to a restocking fee. Returns of opened or installed drives are not accepted unless the product is defective on arrival. Any defective-on-arrival claim must be raised within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the invoice value of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use or failure.

9. Independent Reseller Disclosure

We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Delta Electronics, Inc. or its subsidiaries. Delta Electronics® and all associated product names are trademarks of Delta Electronics, Inc.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
